1. Elizabeth Winterrowd wants to ban all abortions in New Mexico, taking away a woman's freedom to make her own medical decisions, and is so extreme she signed a pledge to ban it even in cases of rape and incest.

1. Winterrowd signed the Abortion Free Pledge, which says “I pledge to defend life from conception to natural death. In making and keeping this pledge, I am committed to ending all abortion and all assisted suicide in the State of New Mexico.

2. Right To Life Committee of New Mexico (RTLCNM) listed Winterrowd as an “Endorsed” Candidate in 2022, but now two years later, Winterrowd has silenced herself on the issue as she runs again. 

2. Elizabeth Winterrowd supports putting doctors and nurses into jail for performing abortions in New Mexico.

1. In a YouTube interview, Winterrowd says “there are no repercussions for people performing these (air quotes) ‘services’..."- when referring to doctors performing legal medical procedures.

3. Elizabeth Winterrowd will take money from New Mexico's rural public schools to subsidize wealthy parents in Albuquerque and Santa Fe sending their children to private school.

1. On social media, Winterrowd posts saying that she thinks school choice is better in the long run along with an article that criticizes investing in pre-K education.

2. Elizabeth Winterrowd is trying to make our kids' classrooms into battlegrounds, spreading lies about the lessons they teach so she can strip schools of the funding our kids deserve
